Your first mission is to lead a new development team of Peraichi. Projects are assigned according to business and organizational conditions. Below is an example of a projects:
Development of one feature of the current Peraichi service.(Page creation/Payment/CRM/Reservation etc...)
“Reborn” project which is rebuilding the legacy system into micro-service based application with Vietnamese colleagues.
Development of new services.
Globalization Project of Peraich Services
Cooperating Product managers, Project managers and Engineering Managers of Japanese HQ, you will develop the product and make technical decision for your product. In the long run, you are expected to lead the multiple development teams toward Peraichi’s business scaling as an Engineering Manager or TechLead.
Job Description
Main technology:
Ruby on Rails for backend
Vue / Nuxt, Typescript for frontend
AWS(EC2, ECS, App Runner) for infrastructure
Responsibility:
Demonstrate technical and product ownership with product managers and business teams
Guarantee the products quality, high availability, and high throughput for long term business impact and customers experience
Work DevOps of various services and partner solutions
Basic Qualification:
Experience in developing Linux and web-based application’s frameworks (fluent in at least 1 of the following: Laravel, CakePHP, Symfony, Ruby on Rails, Django, etc.)
Experience in designing and tuning relational database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Ruby, TypeScript
Experience in improving legacy code/system and working with REST API, and GraphQL
Experience in pair programming and/or mob programming
Experience in designing and implementing asynchronous process using event streaming service such as Kafka
Experience in working with cloud computing such as AWS
Strong interest in building an engineering team from scratch
Japanese Language Communication(Nice-to-have)
